What is A.C.P.S or Automated Completion Prevention System?
It's simply a form that prevents automated completion, commonly used to prevent scripted or automated sign-ups or completion of web based forms. This system was first developed by Shawn Hyde for the 0spam Project to prevent automated removal of black listed IP's from the 0Spam database.
The A.C.P.S system can easily be implemented on most web forms without the need for annoying and hard to use spam prevention methods that hinder potential customers from completing the form. This system is run server side completely seamless and prevents automated completion 100% of the time.
